Serving Suggestion
Great Ice cream like fine wine, should to be served at the right temperature.
We suggest taking your
ice cream out of the freezer 15 to 20 minutes before
consumption (45 to 50 minutes if on dry ice) Let

Choctal's name is a derivative of xocolatl the Mayan/Natal word for cacao/chocolate
and Tikal the
former major Mayan metropolis, located in present day Guatemala.
To be true to the 3,000-year-old
Meso-American origins of cacao, chocolate
and vanilla, the company had a Mayan scholar create a
hieroglyph, which reads
