Choctál single origin chocolate and vanilla ice creams are the only ice creams in the market place that highlight the differences of cacao and vanilla from different regions of the world. We use TWO & HALF to THREE TIMES more chocolate in our ice cream than any other national manufacture so we've been told. As a matter of fact, we use so much cocoa in our ice cream; that the first time our dairy ran our recipe, we broke their pasteurizing equipment!! Needless to say that was the first and only time the dairy ran that recipe. To insure the integrity of our product, we added a process that no other manufacture of ice cream incorporates, that we are aware of. This step adds three hours to each production run!! But this extra step allows Choctál to add considerably more cocoa into our base mix, thus creating, ultra rich, superbly creamy, chocolate ice cream and each of our chocolates profiles are made exactly the same way, the only difference, where the cacao (cocoa) comes from. 3. Choctál uses only 100% PURE DOUBLE FOLD VANILLA EXTRACT, extracted from vanilla beans grown in numerous regions of the world in our ice cream. That means; our vanilla extracts are twice as potent as the vanilla you buy at the your local store.
