Mark,
My
husband and I heard you
on Hugh Hewit a few nights
ago. You
said your ice cream is
by far the best in the
world. Being
a chocoholic, I had to
find out. I
purchased a pint of your
Ghana chocolate at the
Whole Foods Market in Lakewood,
CO and Oh! My! Gosh! I'm
in love. I
have tried most brands
of ice cream, always
chocolate, and NOTHING
comes close to what your
brand offers. I
know Choctal is a new
company, so I want to
encourage you to keep
getting the word out. I
hope to hear you talk
to Hugh again. Mrs.
Hewit would be nuts
not
to admit your ice
cream
is the best.

I'm
afraid you've went ahead
and founded a company that
has produced the best chocolate
ice cream I've ever had. The
only problem I face now
is possible addiction. Since
having my first pint (the
San Dominican), I soon went
back to the store and bought
up the other 4 pints I had
not tried. Luckily,
I weigh in now at just a
buck-fifty, but with ice
cream this good, I'm bound
to be up to a nice healthy
weight in no time. This
is seriously good stuff. My
praise to it comes out filled
with a particular passion
that makes entire groups
of people suddenly listen
in as I go on my rant: "I
mean, this stuff is GOOD. The
first time I had it, I said
'DAMN, that is GOOD!'". I've
had people already remember
me at the checkout line
at the grocery store. "Oh
yeah, you're that guy whose
really into this stuff. I
heard you talking about
it last time.". Of
course, he was a frickin'
vegan. I
had to tell him what he's
missing out on though. In
any case, I hope there's
a 12 step program out there
somewhere for me. Goodbye
for now, I've got just half
a pint of the Ghana left.

at the wine tasting last
Friday night when I needed
to sit down and the ladies
sitting on the bench
were not only gracious
enough to move over but
were friendly and included
me in their conversation.
We

most expensive ice cream
I have ever experienced
was at Le Louis XV restaurant
in Monaco. Yours
placed second in cost. Yours
is BETTER. I
have been eating ice
cream for many, many
years. Lots
of ice cream. Always
with a FORK. Your Madagascar
Vanilla is the
finest
vanilla ice cream
to cross my lips. I
first read of
your product a
couple of weeks
ago in a supplement
of the
Los Angeles Daily
News. I
cut the article
away from the
remainder of
the supplement
and then misplaced
it somewhere. The
article made
some suggestions
as to which
flavor of chocolate
was the best. I
considered
buying
all four chocolate
flavors, but
if the fat
content didn’t
kill me, my
Wife would. Is
it possible
to direct
me to where
I might retrieve
a copy of this
particular
article? By
the way... CONGRATULATIONS
to your sales
and marketing
executive. I
rarely shop
at Whole Foods
because I
rarely consume
foods that
are GOOD for
me. Considering
the fat content,
calories,
and all of
the other
things
that should
not be sold
at Whole
Foods, he
did well. Incidentally,

just began
selling Ben
and Jerry’s
products
so
it appears
you are trendsetters.
